What data we collect

When you use Yupitaar Invest, we collect the following:

• Account information — your name and email address from your Google account, collected when you sign up
• Birth details — date of birth, time of birth, and place of birth — provided by you when using Personalised Prediction. Used solely to calculate your natal chart for astrological analysis.
• Usage data — which reports you have generated, your subscription status and tier, and your monthly report usage count
• Payment data — your subscription status and payment history. We do not store your card number, CVV, or any raw payment details. Payment processing is handled by Razorpay (India) and Paypal (evreywhere else)

How we use your data

We use your data only for the following purposes:

• To provide astrological analysis personalised to your birth chart
• To manage your account, subscription, and report usage
• To process payments via Razorpay/Paypal
• To send account-related communications such as payment confirmations

We do not use your data for advertising, profiling, or any purpose beyond operating this platform.

Who we share data with

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with any third party for commercial purposes. Your data is shared only with the following service providers necessary to operate the platform:

• Supabase — database and authentication storage
• Google — for sign-in via Google OAuth
• Razorpay, Paypal — for processing payments from Indian and international users
• Anthropic — the AI service used to generate analysis reports. Your birth details and instrument name are sent to generate each report.

Birth details — special note

Your birth date, time, and place are sensitive personal data. We collect this information solely to calculate your Vedic natal chart for astrological analysis. This data is stored securely and is never sold or shared beyond what is described above.

You may delete this data at any time by deleting your account from your dashboard.

Data storage and security

Your data is stored on Supabase servers with row-level security enabled — meaning your data is accessible only to you and our platform's backend systems. We do not store payment card details on our servers at any time.

Cookies and sessions

Yupitaar Invest uses cookies solely for session management — to keep you logged in between visits. We do not use tracking cookies, advertising cookies, or third-party analytics cookies.

Your rights

You have the right to:

• Access the data we hold about you — available in your account dashboard
• Delete your account and all associated data at any time from your dashboard

Account deletion removes your profile, birth details, and all generated reports permanently. This action cannot be undone.

Children's privacy

Yupitaar Invest is not intended for users under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.

Changes to this policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. We will notify you of any significant changes via the email associated with your account. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
