About Yupitaar Invest
Yupitaar Invest (yupitaar.com) is an astrological research platform that applies classical Vedic astrology systems — Jaimini Chara Dasha, Parashari transits, and Brihat Samhita (Varahamihira) — alongside publicly available fundamental data, to produce timing-based research on stocks, metals, REITs, InvITs, and other exchange-listed instruments.
Yupitaar Invest is not registered with SEBI (Securities and Exchange Board of India) or any other financial regulatory authority anywhere in the world.
Not financial advice
Nothing on this platform — including monthly outlook reports, Personalised Prediction reports, sector analysis, metals analysis, or any other content — constitutes financial advice, investment advice, stock recommendations, trading signals, or any form of regulated financial guidance.
All content is produced for educational and research purposes only. The analysis presented here represents one perspective and should never be the sole basis for any investment decision.
Astrological analysis — no guarantee
The analysis on this platform is based on classical Vedic astrology principles. While these systems have been applied thoughtfully to modern financial markets, astrological analysis is interpretive by nature. Past correlations between planetary positions and market movements do not guarantee or predict future results.
No report, prediction, or timing window on this platform should be treated as certain, guaranteed, or infallible.

By using this platform you acknowledge and accept that all financial risk is yours alone, and that Yupitaar Invest bears no responsibility for the outcome of any investment decision.
Waiver of claims
By accepting these terms, you agree that Yupitaar Invest and its owners shall not be held responsible or accountable in any form for any financial outcome, loss, or decision arising from use of this platform.
You agree that your sole remedy for any dissatisfaction with the platform is to discontinue use and cancel your subscription. You waive any right to seek compensation, damages, or any other form of remedy from Yupitaar Invest, its owners, or associates, for any reason whatsoever.
Any disagreement or concern arising from use of this platform shall first be communicated directly to us at yupitaar.invest@gmail.com. By accepting these terms you agree that direct communication is the only avenue of recourse available to you.
Subscriptions and billing
Paid subscriptions are billed monthly from the date of signup. Your subscription renews automatically each month unless cancelled before the renewal date.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard. Upon cancellation, you retain access until the end of your current billing period. No further charges will be made after cancellation.
No refunds
All payments made to Yupitaar Invest are final and non-refundable. This includes monthly subscription fees, partial months, and unused report queries within a billing period. By completing a payment you explicitly agree to this no-refund policy.
If you believe a payment was made in error, contact us at yupitaar.invest@gmail.com within 48 hours of the charge.
Account eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account and use this platform. By signing up you confirm that you meet this requirement.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Scrape, copy, or redistribute any content from this platform without written permission
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, bypass, or interfere with any part of the platform
- Share your account credentials with others
- Use this platform for any purpose that violates applicable law
Yupitaar Invest reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these terms, without notice and without refund.
Intellectual property
All content on this platform — including reports, analysis, sector mappings, nakshatra frameworks, and written content — is the intellectual property of Yupitaar Invest. Reports generated for you are for your personal use only and may not be republished, resold, or redistributed.
Third-party services
This platform uses third-party services including Google (authentication), Razorpay and Paypal (payments), and Supabase (data storage). Your use of these services is also subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. Yupitaar Invest is not responsible for the actions or policies of these third parties.
Changes to these terms
Yupitaar Invest may update these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via the email address associated with your account. Continued use of the platform after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
